Early in his career, founder and CEO, Art Berard returned from military duty in Vietnam and began working as a flight instructor
and charter pilot in Memphis, Tennessee during the late 1960's while attending Memphis State University. After moving to Florida
in 1978, Art took a position as sales manager for a full-service FBO selling corporate aircraft. He gained a wide range of
experience in marketing and management of turbo-prop and jet aircraft. During 1981 Berard Aviation, Inc. was formed and
the company has
built a sizable group of clients who use its services in their sale or acquisition of aircraft. This group of clients depend
on Berard Aviation for their level of expertise, experience and most of all "trust" in all their transactions.

Joey started his career in aviation at the early age of 18 when he obtained his private pilot license. He graduated from San Diego State University where he majored in mathematics and minored in aerospace studies, and also earned a commission as a 2nd Lt. in the USAF after completing the AFROTC program. For the past 10 years Joey has been flying in the corporate sector of aviation, and is now an ATP pilot with several thousands of hours in jet aircraft, including more than 3000 hours in the Lear Jet series aircraft. His leadership skills developed through the military, his initiative and accountability developed as a business owner, and his relationship skills developed while flying owners of private jet aircraft are a valuable benefit for anyone choosing Berard Aviation, Inc. as their aircraft broker.

Barry started his career in aviation in 1986 as an Air Traffic Controller for the USAF. While in
the Air Force he learned to fly and later took his first corporate flying job in a Seneca II. As he moved up the
aviation ladder he achieved an FAA ATP rating and became type rated in six different jets. Barry has about 8000
hours of accident free flight time.
For the past 15 years Barry has enjoyed the personal one-on-one relationship that develops while helping
clients find the right aircraft for their operation and he is a credit to the industry and the team of brokers
at Berard Aviation, Inc.

Retired as a captain from Delta Airlines, Jack
has over 15,700 flight hours with type ratings
in B757/767, MD-88, DC-9 and 30 years experience
in numerous helicopters and corporate aircraft.
Jack flew Hueys in 1st Calvary Division in
Vietnam during 1970-1971 and was awarded the
Distinguishing Flying Cross, Air Medal with Oak
Leaf, Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal
with "V." Jack brings many years of aviation experience to assit his clients as they acquire or sell an aircraft.
